We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Developer with deep product knowledge and a passion for building customised CRM app solutions for the Microsoft marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CRM Sales (Professional, Enterprise, Premium) and a proven track record of delivering production CRM solutions to the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Development & Customisation:
• Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Utilise deep CRM Sales customisation experience to meet client needs.
• Develop CRM plugins and leverage the CRM JavaScript Object Model.
• Client Engagement:
• Collaborate with customers to set up, configure, and roll out CRM solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for production D365 CRM solutions.
• Integration & Security:
• Develop integration solutions connecting M365, D365, and Power Platform.
• Apply a deep understanding of security concepts, including OAuth protocols.
• Utilise Microsoft Graph for enhanced functionality.
• Marketplace Deployment:
• Build CRM marketplace apps, ensuring compliance with validation and listing requirements.
• Navigate the marketplace app validation and listing process effectively.
• Development Practices:
• Implement SDLC and CI/CD practices related to Power Apps.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Qualifications:
• Experience & Knowledge:
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Expertise in CRM Sales (Professional, Enterprise, Premium editions).
• Proven experience delivering production CRM solutions in the Australian market.
• Strong background in CRM customisation, including plugin development and JavaScript Object Model.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in integration development and understanding of M365, D365, and Power Platform interconnectivity.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft Graph.
• Deep understanding of security concepts and OAuth protocols.
• Experience with SDLC and CI/CD practices related to Power Apps.
• Certifications:
• Microsoft certifications are required.
