We are hiring an ambitious Educator to join our high calibre team at Goodstart Early Learning in Brighton 5048, SA.

Role: Educator -Diploma

Location:Brighton, South Australia

Centre:Goodstart Brighton-Brighton Road

Employment Type:Full Time (38 hours per week)

Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent

- 75 place centre, located just past Jetty Road Brighton
- Parking onsite next to the church
- Long term educators
- Director with more than 20yrs experience in Early Childhood.

Your Impact

- As a Educator at Goodstart , your responsibilities include leading and mentoring your room team to develop and deliver high quality and inclusive play based educational programs aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Working alongside our friendly and supportive Centre Leadership Team




- Observe, review, and continuously improve the educational programs on offer to children ensuring the best outcomes.

You’ll help achieve this by:

- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
- Complying with the National Quality Standards and Goodstart policy and procedures.
- Using and implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide to support Teachers and Centre Leadership in the delivery of high-quality education programs.
- Building and maintain robust, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
- Contributing to a qualified and positive work culture.
