The Company
Our clients are a leading National and diversified Property Group covering the development of residential land, apartments, commercial, retail and property management.
The Role
The role of Executive Assistant supports the CEO and CFO ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the corporate and finance functions of the business. The EA will play a key role in providing administrative support, supporting organisational priorities as well as proactively managing internal and external stakeholders. This is a highly visible role across the organisation and has exposure to various parts of the business.
- Develop administration system for day-to-day operations
- Oversee the maintenance of the Corporate "work hub" and ensure up to date organizational structures
- Coordinate completion of the CEO report with the Australian and European team
- Prepare, proof, format and finalise agendas,
take minutes and record and monitor action items for leadership and board meetings
- Prepare client proposals and presentations in InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Maintain CRM for CEO/CFO
- Serve as the liaison between Australia, Europe and Singapore
- Assist with the management of forecast and budget process of corporate cost centers
- Serve as a key account contact for certain relationships eg subscriptions, standards bodies, key industry and economic data providers, etc.
- Diary, Accommodation and travel arrangements and planning for CEO – travel often to Singapore.
Preferred experience
- Diploma/Degree in Administration
- Administration experience at C-Suite level support
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Be able to take instructions, but also be super proactive
- Advanced outlook, word and PowerPoint | Intermediate Excel skills
