This fully-integrated property development company is passionate about Canberra and is a large contributor to shaping its future. Consistently going from strength to strength, they are once again expanding their team and seeking several experienced Structure Foreman and Fit out Foreman.
Your new role
- Supervise and coordinate contractors on site;
- Work collaboratively with your project team;
- Manage and deliver program on time;
- Ensure all WHS requirements are being upheld;
- Undertake trade work as necessary;
- Organise the procurement and delivery of materials; and
- Communication with all relevant stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally you will be a skilled tradesperson
- Strong leadership/management skills
- Expertise in structures or internal fit out
- Ability to problem solve,
interpret detailed drawings and buildability;
- Strong communication skills and ability to get the most of your trades;
- Experience delivering mid-high rise apartments;
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality construction projects
