The Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team to support the strong growth of the business. This candidate will be responsible for the analysis and requirements gathering to support the successful onboarding of new clients as well as the delivery of different projects. In this role, you will partner with different business stakeholders in the design, development, and delivery of solutions that meet business goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business & functional teams to deliver analytics, business intelligence, and commercial automation solutions.
- Understand available technology architecture & systems at BD and help business users integrate data from multiple source systems to provide actionable insights & intelligence.
- Help users in data extraction, transformation, and migration between systems.
- Work with end users to train them on the available solutions, drive adoption & support end-user queries.
- Build process documentation, data flows, architecture diagrams, and functional requirements specifications based on user requirements.
- Continuously work with users for improvement and enhancements to meet changing business needs.
- Support users and perform testing and rollout of system updates/changes / recent features
An ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum two years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Excellent technical knowledge and skills.
- Sufficient technical understanding to converse fluently with developers and testers to describe different customers’ requirements and expectations
- Experience with process mapping, client, and customer journeys, and user requirements and stories.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and strategic thinking and planning.
- An ability to utilize data to challenge traditional thinking, identify new opportunities, and recognize risks.
- Advanced verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business concepts for a range of audiences.
- Strong writing skills including presentations, document production, and report writing.
- Proven experience in Agile projects and complex working environments.
- Interest in the diversity of roles and functions and collaborating with a range of teams and staff capabilities.
