A permanent opportunity is available for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to work for a Financial Services company in Sydney. The role will be responsible for L1-L3 support both face to face and remote and requires someone with excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills. To be considered for the role you should have previous hands on experience supporting Windows, 0365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, Powershell, AV related technologies and basic networking.
Technical Requirements
*Minimum 3-5 years in an Infrastructure Support role
*Windows Server Administration
*O365
*Powershell Scripting (highly desirable)
*Experience supporting AV related technologies
*Basic Networking
*ITIL Certified
*SCCM/Intune
*Experience working in a large corporate setting
*Ability to work on shift and on call
*Excellent Communication Skills

*Teamwork Skills
*Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
