Position Overview:
We're seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in ASP.NET, React, and Azure to take charge of our software development projects. In this hybrid role, you'll have the flexibility to work from home two days a week while leading a talented team of engineers and overseeing the full development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET, React, and Azure technologies.
- Architecture & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Architect robust and scalable systems.
- Code Quality: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, best practices, and adherence to development standards.
- Agile Practices: Implement and promote agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing performance and ensuring smooth integration of components.




- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full stack development experience with a robust focus on ASP.NET, React, and Azure.
- Leadership: Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, React.js, and Azure services. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
