Job Description: As a Master Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of a complex transformation project using Microsoft Project software. Your primary objective will be to ensure that project is completed within established timelines and budgets while meeting all quality standards and client expectations. You will collaborate closely with the project director, project senior manager, project managers, team members, and stakeholders to create and maintain detailed project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and identify potential risks and issues early on to mitigate project delays. This is a full-time position with a prestigious client in the Private Health Insurance sector

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and dependencies are clearly defined and documented.

- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and align the project schedule.
- Allocate resources efficiently and effectively within Microsoft Project to optimize project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing deviations from the schedule promptly.
- Weekly project schedules and status report for the governance meetings.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules, discuss potential challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.




- Implement best practices and standards for project scheduling and management using Microsoft Project.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role, with a strong focus on using Microsoft Project to manage complex projects.
- Expertise in creating and managing project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate project data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of an organization.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including creating custom views, templates, and reports.
- Experience working in industries such as construction, IT, engineering, or manufacturing where project scheduling is critical.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
