A growing company at the forefront of digital evolution and security is seeking a Level 2/3 Network Administrator to join their dynamic team in Newcastle. Your new role
In this dynamic and rewarding role, you'll provide both onsite and remote 2nd and 3rd level IT support for a diverse range of clients, tackling high-level IT issues escalated within the Service Desk. You'll perform technical support for servers, networks, and hardware, while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Additionally, you'll mentor and train Level 1 team members, supporting a collaborative work environment onsite five days a week.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in delivering Level 2/3 IT support with a client-facing approach
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, backup technologies, and network troubleshooting
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and resolving issues
- Tertiary education in Information Technology and Cybersecurity is advantageous
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy setting is highly valued
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driving licence required
