The role:

As the operations Specialist, you will Establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff within the branch to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels across the branch.

In addition to this, you be responsible for:

- Providing high level technical skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.
- Providing effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, preferably with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
- Ensuring end to end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health.

Are you right for this role?

You will have the ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework,



primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration management. (SFIA Code: ITMG 5, USUP 4; PBMG 5; CHMG 4).

Furthermore, you will have demonstrated technical expertise and experience in some of the following technology domains to analyse ICT system issues and contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate solutions and improvements. (SFIA Code: SYSP 4; TECH 4, HSIN 5, SCAD 4).
