About the Opportunity

With strong growth in our parts divisions, our Launceston branch has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join the Parts Sales team focused on supporting our Brand in Tasmania. In this role, you will;

- Being responsible for workshop and customer orders relating to spare parts; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order enquires, procurement of stock and back order parts
- Supervise and mentor a small team in, interpreting and warehousing.
- End to end processing work orders, including warehouse duties pick/pack/ship and assist in receiving
- External customer sales, including counter and phone sales
- Using electronic parts diagram or parts catalogue to identify and source parts for customers
- Reviewing customer orders ensuring they are correct, applying a high level of attention to details

- Drive and Influence - ability to work efficiently and effectively to deliver quality outcomes to customers
- Personable and professional - above all else,



your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer success stories
- Drivers licence - a drivers licence is essential to this role
- Fork Lift licence -is essential
