Job Description

Job Title: P6 Planner (Part-Time)

Company: A leading Tier 1 civil construction company specializing in smart motorway ITS upgrade.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced P6 Planner to join our client on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and scheduling of the project, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Job Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in P6 planning in the construction industry.
- Experience working on smart motorway ITS upgrade projects preferred.
- Solid proficiency in P6 planning software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties:

- Develop and maintain project schedules in P6.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify potential schedule delays and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are achieved.
- Perform schedule analysis to identify potential areas for improvement.

Schedule

- Part-time position (3 days a week) for the first 3 months, then moving to 2-3 days a week on an ongoing basis.
- ASAP start date.
