Job Description

We are seeking experienced Casual Porter/Concierge to be a part of our friendly Front Office Team, you will be the go-to person assisting in all areas of front office but you domain will be all things concierge which includes parking cars, assisting guests with their luggage and providing knowledge of the local area and tourist experiences available. You will have the prospect to showcase your customer service skills and create memorable moments for our guests from the heart. In this role, you will report to Rooms Division Manager and work within a creative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

As the successful applicant, you will ideally have:

- Must hold a South Australian full valid driver license, with a clean record and the ability to drive both manual and automatic. Yes - we get to drive some cool cars, so we need you to be well equipped handle them.
- Professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- Previous experience with Opera or similar PMS is desirable,



however not essential
- The flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Strong knowledge of the local area as well as knowing what tours and experiences to recommend to our guest (or the curiosity to learn how to be a true Welcomer!)
