About the job

Our team requires an organised, proactive, and hardworking team player with strong analytical, Business intelligence, and Power BI development skills to work with diverse clients at all levels. You will be well-versed in requirements gathering, risk analysis, managing expectations, prioritisation of work, designing, developing, testing, defect tracking, and reporting. You will also have a solid understanding of privacy and data governance principles.





Your Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Participate in design discussions, understand application data, and able to create Power BI dashboards and reports - design, build and deploy.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand and document, business and data requirements.
- Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
- Develop new and evolving existing dashboards and reports in PowerBI to support management objectives.

Key Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4+ years of Core Experience with Business Intelligence tools predominantly in Power BI and 5+ years of experience using Microsoft BI Stack: SSIS, SSRS, etc.
- Solid experience in designing, building, and enhancing BI reporting dashboards, and visualisation solutions using Power BI in a fast-paced environment and complex business setting.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing dashboards, data quality reporting, and extensive delivery of metrics.




- Detailed understanding of BI and data concepts and patterns as well as outstanding technical knowledge of integrating BI Solutions.
- Advanced experience writing SQL queries or working with databases.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to be able to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate data analysis into powerful content in the form of presentations and documents.
- Ability to work within complex and challenging data environments.
- Proven experience in collaborating with internal, analytics, reporting, and data teams
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
