The Harness Projects Product Manager (RPL) role is a key role in the oversight and management of our Real Project Learning (RPL) Product throughout Australia and the United States. Real Project Learning is a world-first innovation in education, carrying on from the learnings of more traditional project-based learning while bringing REAL business challenges directly into the learning experience for our upskiller and career changing customers. If you are excited by education that focuses on true human development and job-readiness then this role is for you. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and manage the RPL curriculum roadmap for our UX/UI course stream,



with a focus to continuously improve the outcomes for the 3 key stakeholders that form our RPL model - Learners, Mentors & Company Partners. This role is ideal for a motivated, experienced product (or program) manager ready to take the next step and who has a passion for education and working on a product that significantly enhances people's lives. You will work with some of the world’s leading UX/UI practitioners and mentors from leading companies as well as regularly engage with our network of company partners.
