My client is a Global leader in Technology that enables them to solve their client's unique problems within mining and reduce environmental/social impacts. A truly unique opportunity has arisen for a well versed and experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of cross functional agile teams and drive transformation initiatives with high impact.
You will understand software, Robotics/tooling/sensors and data and be able to really ramp up this exceptional product. You will Lead ‘C’ suite engagements - level especially CEO and be a Super high end Program manager for a 12-24 month program.
You will be passionate about People, process and technology programs. Uplift from the operational and be able to assess and engage then execute.
- Determine and develop the best technological and people solution for managing an integrated model of program milestone delivery.
(They will determine What we need, Who we need and pull all together.)
- Partner with program sponsors, Leads, SME’s and project teams to plan, develop scope, deliverables, resourcing, budgets and timings for strategic initiatives.
- Develop frameworks for managing program dependencies
- Mentor/oversee program/project leads to ensure on track
- Change management to align a cohesive change framework
- Candidate will have exceptional demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex and multi stream programs – full project lifecycle.
- Early maturity = must have ability to deal with ambiguity?
- Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Digital mindset to utilise technology to enhance reporting and collaboration.
You will Develop and implement strategies that constantly improve customer experience (maximise revenue/reduce costs etc) and negotiate with vendors as and when.
Risk management/prioritize resolution of issues and implement program governance frameworks.
