ABOUT THE COMPANY.

My client is an expanding and very well structured delivery focused architectural practice based in the inner city. With a strong presence in the multiunit residential sector (100-500 units), their focus is to deliver top quality projects via highly efficient internal systems and strong team collaboration. The team work hard, are efficient and closely collaborate to share the workload so everyone can enjoy regular set work hours per day and a healthy work/life balance. The practice is known for their excellent work culture, positive office vibes and minimal overtime. Their project pipeline is extremely strong, scheduled in advance and well managed.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

Their client base consists of reputable developers within the multi residential sector. They are currently planning to add on additional sectors to their foundation multi residential portfolio. You will lead a small team and report to an Associate Director who will support you along the way. Ideally you will enjoy working on the construction stages of projects but also have had exposure to all phases.



Everyone at the practice is hands on and work at a high pace but in return you will receive a great working environment, work on quality projects and won't work much overtime.

DUTIES.

- Lead, manage and drive a small team to produce desired outcomes
- Be hands-on across both design development and delivery stages of projects
- Construction documentation and detailing on multiunit residential projects
- Coordinate with clients and consultants
- Attend site visits and provide in office consultancy

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years working (post-grad) in an architectural practice
- Excellent proficiency using Revit
- Sound knowledge of BCA codes and regulations
- A track record within the multiunit residential sector is preferred
- Be organised and work efficiently
