About the Company:
Calceus Health is a joint venture between Reid Print Technologies , a specialist Australian manufacturer of flexible and wearable printed electronics; Aginic Ventures , a ventures studio that specialises in the design, development and launch of early stage software products; and COSM Group , experts in commercialisation of novels ideas and concepts.
Calceus Health is on a mission to develop world leading medical device technology that supports innovative models of care and ultimately improved patient outcomes. Calceus Health’s first product, Sensor Skins, is a smart insole device that fits in the shoe of consumers and measures pressure, temperature and friction in real time. The friction sensing component of the device is patented world leading technology; and the initial aim of the device is to aid in the early detection of diabetic foot ulcers.
Sensor Skins is about to enter into a Verification Test phase with a group of consumers. The Verification Test will precede progression into a Clinical Trial phase followed by commercialisation into the market.
Calceus Health are seeking to employ a Project Lead to support the current technical team and founding partners progress through this commercialisation pathway.
About the role
● Collaborating as a part of an integrated team to effectively and efficiently deliver business objectives.
● Providing coordination and execution support including document preparation (specifications), information analysis, scheduling and administration support
● Participating in documentation and working closely with SME’s in drafting standard operating procedures, work instructions and user acceptance test plans.
● Assisting to plan and develop product and training documentation in line with our implementation approach and delivery roadmap
● Creating business engagement by creating awareness of the Sensor Skins product within the industry, including sourcing and attending relevant industry events.
● Participating in product team testing, and the delivery of user training.
● Contributing and providing proactive assistance with the deployment of the key project deliverables.
● Proactively identifying and mitigating company risks; collaborating with founding partners and the core product team to solve problems.
Regulatory
● Assist in the performance of all validation tasks and projects as required (e.g. through to clinical trials)
● Prepare validation protocols and reports
● Ensure maintenance and tracking for equipment are completed as required
● Participate in risk assessment meetings as required
● Participate in quality management meetings as required
● Provide support and guidance to the QA team as and where required
● Prepare and implement validation protocols and prepare validation reports
About You:
● Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
● Multitasker who can organise, prioritise and work under pressure
● Healthcare industry experience preferred but not essential
● Willing to work cross functionally
● Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise and provide feedback to the relevant teams
● Skilled in cross-functional thinking, time management and problem solving
● Customer and quality focused
● Ability to conduct user and customer interviews and translate feedback to the core Calceus Health team.
● Self-directed and results orientated
● Proficient in Office 365 and able to learn and maintain bizops tools such as Jira and Confluence.
● Base level of technical literacy and ability to be able to communicate (verbally and in writing) core technical components of a solution both internally and externally.
