Searching for a Client-Side Project Manager with great leadership skills

Your new role
Working across a defence portfolio your position purpose and objective is so assist in the delivery of client assignments in a team based environment, ensuring client satisfaction from delivering quality assignments on time and to budget utilising the company BMS whilst meeting overall business objectives.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of exciting projects and will need to have great communication skills, be meticulously organised and have experience in the delivery of building / refurbs projects, or experience with the development of business cases is ideal.



Relating to this you will be tasked with the following;

- Design & Delivery Management
- Concept Development
- Analysis & Completion Procurement
- Project Governance Time
- Cost & quality oversight

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need demonstrated experience in Property and/or Project Management, potential to lead fellow staff and assignments, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage, develop and support staff, proven financial systems and management skills and relevant Engineering, Property, Business or Project Management undergraduate qualifications.
