Your new company
A well renowned Public Research University seeking an experienced Project Officer to contribute to their disability employment framework on a temporary 6-month basis.
Your new role
The Project Officer will sit within the organisation's Diversity and Inclusion team to help deliver the disability and inclusion action plan. You will help develop the disability employment framework to look at increasing the number of employees that are employed by the organisation.
- Liaise with large Government agencies that already have a disability framework set in place to then assist the organisation implement the best strategy possible
What you'll need to succeed
- A robust policy background preferably with diversity and inclusion experience
- Experience in a similar position from an educational sector is highly desirable
- Previous experience understanding and amending different frameworks is an advantage
What you'll get in return
- Temporary assignment until December 2023
- Daily rate of $650 plus super
- Located in Sydney CBD with hybrid working arrangements
- 8 hour days/40 hours per week
- Excellent stakeholder skills
