About the role:
Road Policing Projects Division is a specialist area within Road Policing Command that specialises in the delivery of projects aimed at road safety outcomes. This position forms part of the Roadside Drug Testing 150 Project Team which is responsible for the continued delivery of the additional 50,000 roadside drug tests in financial years 2021-22 and 2022-23 and the continued expansion of the roadside drug test capability and capacity of Victoria Police. This role will be responsible for the delivery of key and significant work packages.

Your duties will include:
- Coordinating a range of work packages.
- Developing high level reports including briefing notes, project documents, status reports and presentations on complex subject matters.
- Working collaboratively with and provide advice to stakeholders within Victoria Police.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project coordination and change management.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tailor communication style to suit different audiences.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills demonstrated within a complex project environment.
Requirements and relevant information:
- One (1) x full-time, fixed term position until 30 June 2023 available.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
- In accordance with organisational policy, all Victoria Police employees are required to be fully vaccinated (including a booster vaccination) against COVID-19 or hold a valid medical exception.
