Psychologist required for private practice in South Melbourne

Located in the heart of South Melbourne, Veevers Bryant Psychologists is seeking a friendly psychologist to join our well-established practice. We require an enthusiastic clinician who is able to provide psychological treatment to patients referred mainly from local area GPs. This position is well suited to a psychologist with experience in the provision of psychological treatment to adults and may well suit someone transitioning from an organisational workplace to a private practice setting.



Recent graduates with an interest in developing the skills for private practice may apply.

Hours are flexible. Consulting rooms are large and comfortable. Mentoring and on-going professional development in the provision of psychotherapy is provided on a regular basis, including in-house training seminars. The position suits those interested in being supported with on-going development as a psychotherapist.

Necessary criteria:

Full registration with APRHA

Eligible to be registered for Medicare rebates

Highly qualified, ethical, reliable

Actively interested in personal and professional development

Confident psychologist who enjoys clinical work

Able to function autonomously

Excellent written and oral communication skills
