Work with the latest technologies and a smart software engineering squad building REST API's for high data apps using Python as a main programming language .

- Develop, improve, manage, and maintain APIs, streaming services and data pipelines.
- Research about web standards for products and fetch clean meta-data.
- Improve crawling capabilities to uplift quality of ingested data.

We need you to help build tools to manage the dataset of 30 million products. You will also play a key role in improving and scaling data pipelines to support a billion products. You’ll be a key contributor in shaping the product and delivering an amazing experience for the users. You’ll work alongside a team of Engineers and will be a key contributor in shaping the engineering culture.

About You

You're the type of developer that takes code quality seriously. You enjoy greenfield projects, and love to see your hard work paying off. You are a doer and not a dreamer, you have room for innovation and have ambition to achieve your goals with the company.

Skills

- Strong experience in programming with Python
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Software Architecture, Design, Testing and integration practices
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda and APIGateway
- Experience with database management including MongoDB, Elastic Search and PostgreSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
