Permanent opportunity for a Recruiter based North of the River

Your new role
Your new role will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring high calibre employees in support of the values and strategic business plan. The Recruitment Advisor will play a critical role in ensuring the best possible talent is hired.
You'll prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment advertising medium. Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media. Screen candidates resumes and job applications, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. You'll assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated and develop relationships to create a pool of skilled candidates and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment including proven experience in recruiting staff and labour positions within the Mining and Resources. You'll have the ability to conduct different types of interviews; structured, competency based, and skills set. Hands on experience with various selection processes; phone interviewing, reference checks and a strong understanding of National Employment Standards and key components of the Fair Work Act 2009.
What you'll get in return
