Mid to Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure & Network Projects)
Location: Geelong or Melbourne, with flexible work from home options (2-3 days per week) WFH
Salary: $130k - $150k + Superannuation (dependent on experience)
Start: ASAP but can wait up to 4 weeks
Residency: Australian PR or Citizen

Our partner a leading technology company seeking a mid to senior level Project Manager to manage critical infrastructure projects for large-scale clients. You will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, transitioning and onboarding new customers, and working closely with technical specialists across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end infrastructure and network projects, focusing on Microsoft and Cisco-based programs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Lead virtual teams across multiple locations to achieve project goals.
- Oversee transition and onboarding of new customers, ensuring smooth handover and delivery.
- Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate - Key Skills and Experience:
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience delivering infrastructure and network projects, with a focus on Microsoft and Cisco based solutions.
- Budget Management: Strong financial acumen,
with experience managing project budgets and delivering within financial constraints.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate virtual, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Onboarding and Transition: Experience managing customer transitions and onboarding is highly advantageous.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- MSP or Enterprise Background: Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or large-scale enterprise environment.
- Flexible and Adaptive: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities while ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.
- Technical Collaboration: While this is not a technical role, the ability to collaborate with technical specialists to deliver complex solutions is essential.
- Tools and Methodologies: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
