We’re on the lookout for an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in HCM implementation for a current contract role with a Brisbane-based client. This role will have you diving into SAP HR configurations, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and providing SAP-based solutions. You'll create functional design documents, coordinate with technical teams, monitor interfaces, and work on payroll improvements.

Skills requirement:

- At least 3 years of Experience configuring and implementing SAP HCM system.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an SAP Human Resource support consultant, Business user, HR IT administrator or any role within SAP HR technology
- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis and assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements
- Experience in all aspects of SAP HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing,



training and deployment activities
- SAP configuration related to all the submodules of SAP HR such as Organisation Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, ESS-MSS etc.
- Should be comfortable in liaising with technical consultant, QA team and stakeholders of HR Business
- Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
- Experience on working with interfaces using different middleware such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft, etc.
- Knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors is desired, but not mandatory.
