Position: Senior Business Analyst - General Insurance - MS Active Directory
Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)
Duration: 12-Month Initial Contract
Salary: $900 pd incl. super

About the Role:
Join our agile team at a leading global insurer as a Senior Business Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise and stakeholder management skills to drive process improvements and deliver valuable insights. This 12-month initial contract offers a hybrid work environment, with two days per week in the Sydney office.

Key Requirements:

- Microsoft Active Directory: Expertise in managing Group Policy Objects, delegated permissions, Red Forest integration, and certificate management.
- Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS): Strong understanding of authentication protocols, with experience in configuring and managing federated services.
- Disaster Recovery & AD Tools: Experience with Active Directory recovery solutions such as Quest AD Recovery is highly desirable.
- Security & Assessment Tools: Proficiency in using AD Assessor and Bloodhound for security assessments and auditing will be an advantage.





Additional Business Analyst Requirements:

- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Skilled in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements that align with business objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in analyzing data to inform decision-making and developing reports to track project progress and outcomes.
- Project Collaboration: Experience working within cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, aligning with both business and IT strategies.

Key Requirements:

- 7+ years exp. as a Business Analyst in the insurance services industry.
- Strong skills in process mapping and documentation.
- Must have long contract tenure and currently be working for a large financial organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Hold PR or Citizenship for onboarding purposes
