Your Impact

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart Bray Park - Kensington Way, your responsibilities include leading and mentoring your room team to develop and deliver high quality and inclusive play based educational programs aligning with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Working alongside our friendly and supportive Centre Leadership Team you observe, review and continuously improve the educational programs on offer to children ensuring the best outcomes.

Creating a safe and interactive environment where you will build and nurture positive outcomes for the children within this wonderful centre. The team have a great sense of unity and support each other to make each day special for all.

Our centre
* Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Bray Park - Kensington Way is located in a shopping centre close to local conveniences, making for a much easier daily drop-off and pick-up.
* Our dedicated educators nurture learning and development through play-based learning programs for ages 6weeks to 5 years.
* Inside, all of the rooms - from Nursery to Kindergarten - are all set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with sensory and play based learning opportunities. Colourful, stimulating surrounds ensure the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.
* Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience.
* At Goodstart Bray Park Kensington Way we strive to provide families with a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you and your child become a part of our Goodstart family. Our educators strive to nurture and encourage children to learn and grow as individuals in an environment that is enriched with learning opportunity.

If you have previous experience as a Senior Educator or can demonstrate strong leadership skills and you have a willingness to learn and provide quality learning experience coupled with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we want to meet you!
