They have a strong client base with a variety of ongoing exciting projects and exposure to various niche developments. This business is a market leader with a medium-sized team of talented planners currently in place and are looking for a progressive and self-motivated Senior Planner to join the team.

Your new role
As a Senior Planner within this nationally recognised business, you will undertake a wide variety of challenging and varied projects across the Sydney metro area while striving to deliver superior outcomes. Tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Statutory advisory and approvals, feasibility assessments and property portfolio reviews
- Strategic Planning, rezonings and Preparing Statements of Environmental Effects of a significant scale




- Stakeholder management including liaison with councils, developers, and state government agencies.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a relevant tertiary qualification in Urban Planning as well as extensive NSW industry experience working as a Town Planner. This includes at least 3-5 years in a Planning position.
