A leading Education Association is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join there Technology team to provide professional and technical Salesforce direction and future proofing.

To be successful in this position you need to be a person of integrity with a high level of technical aptitude with the capacity to evolve with emerging technologies. You will be an exceptional communicator and team-player, happy to share knowledge and skills along with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.

You will be leading all Salesforce Development projects providing solutions leveraging many Salesforce technologies including but not limited to Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community Portal.

Key Responsibilities

- Salesforce development using Lightning Web Component, Visual Force, Lightning development, Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform and code optimisation;
- Designing and developing complex design patterns to meet business requirements and adhere to salesforce limits;
- Contributing to the Salesforce internal training program;
- Promoting the adoption of Salesforce, across the organisation and encourage best practice;




- Developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, work instructions and configurations ensuring changes to ‘as built’ environment are documented.

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated Salesforce development and related development experience with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Salesforce platform and modules;
- Demonstrated integration development experience with Salesforce and other platforms;
- The ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation and develop business user training on functionality and custom solutions;
- Experience with data migration from legacy system to Salesforce;
- Ability to understand continuous deployment and basic DevOps tools such as Jira, Bitbucket and documentation tools such as Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal professionally, tactfully and effectively with various stakeholders (both internally and externally) at all organisational levels.
