About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Service Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team at noisebox. In this contract role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our audio visual and unified communications services to our valued clients. Based in our Rydalmere office, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our service quality standards. This opportunity requires strong and effective communication and incident response skills. What you'll be doing

- Manage and oversee the delivery of AV/UC services to clients, ensuring they receive a high-quality, responsive and consistent outcome.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any service-related issues.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service delivery processes and procedures.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Be excellent at resolving challenges through innovative problem-solving.




- Be self-motivated and enjoy contributing to an outcome focused environment.
- Skillfully handle customer service inquiries while maintaining operational standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and some experience with the HCL platform.
- Be a strong communicator and collaboration for effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Understand the importance of a Client focused relationship.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, effective interpersonal and verbal communication, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, project management, or related discipline.
- In conjunction with the Senior Management and Technical resources manage the day-to-day areas of Client, Logistics and resource scheduling activities.
- Ensure the team proactively manages all implementation and administrative tasks in a timely manner.

This Role offers some autonomy and is accountable for the delivery of specific technical outcomes incorporating Client engagement, equipment and people resources. This includes your colleagues and sub-contractors, engaged on a local, National and Regional basis. You will be supported by inhouse technical assets who you will coexist with your role on a daily basis.



The position requires you as a delivery specialist to report, analyse, and communicate with the Operations Manager and to seek advice and resolution options in a time sensitive environment.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar service delivery or IT support role.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- In-depth knowledge of service management and best practices.
- Some experience with project management and the delivery of AV/UC projects.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field is highly desirable
