Job Description

- Alert handling.
- Manage new buildouts (additions and decommissions).
- Develop and maintain scripts used for environment monitoring and task automation (Python, Bash).
- Setting up and managing monitoring tools such as Prometheus
- Measure and optimise system performance.
- Investigate and manage incidents engaging the relevant resources as required. This includes cyber and fraud related issues.
- Maintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring key Service Level Objectives.
- Practicing sustainable incident response and blameless post-mortems
- Working with product teams to define what SLOs are important for them to measure.
- Understanding and executing production changes.
- Participate in and improve the whole lifecycle of services - from design, through deployment, operation, and refinement.




- Working on projects that build automation and self-service.
- K8s management (build and run) on AWS(EKS)

Required Skills

- Over 3 years related working experience.
- Familiar with Linux system operation and understand the basic infrastructure of system
- Familiar with CI/CD tools
- Familiar with mainstream relational and non-relational databases
- Familiar with mainstream Cloud Service operation
- Good Shell Script skills
- Familiar with at least one programming language skill
- Has experience with Monitoring and Log
- Has experience with Docker and K8S deployment management
- Understand Networking principles and related knowledge
- Responsible for maintaining the basic infrastructure of the system
- Optimizing existing CI/CD process
- Introduce automation tools to replace manual processes
- Assist the team in troubleshooting
