The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Lead System Analysts for a Federal Government client to support key reform initiatives. These roles are at the SFIA level 5-6 range, with up to 3 positions available. This is an exciting prospect to work on critical government projects and lead a team of analysts across various systems and technologies.

Location
These roles are available in multiple locations, including:
Canberra ACT, Sydney NSW, Darwin NT, Brisbane QLD, Adelaide SA, Hobart TAS, Melbourne VIC, Perth WA and Offsite

Role Description
We are looking for experienced Lead System Analysts to guide the department’s systems delivery. In this role, you will apply your deep understanding of system analysis and design methodologies, drive high-quality design documentation,



and navigate complex stakeholder environments to deliver exceptional results. You will lead a diverse team across multiple projects, timelines, and technologies.

Specialist technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

- Siebel CRM
- Mobile Applications (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile)
- Data modelling, data mapping, and/or data migration
- .NET technology
- UI design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Azure DevOps

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of system analysts in delivering solution designs that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective system designs
- Produce detailed design documentation, process models, and wireframes that communicate system functionality and meet business objectives
