About the Company

Davidson Technology are currently supporting one of Australia’s most renowned companies that operates at the forefront of the ICT industry to deliver high quality services to millions of customers.

We are seeking a Level 2/3 IT Support Analyst for a 6-month contract role, with a daily rate of up to $510 per day including superannuation.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users within the organization. You will be working on-site at Melbourne's inner-east and your shifts will be overnight.

You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to hardware, software, network and Point-of-Sale systems.

You will collaborate with other IT teams to develop and implement solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and security.

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong prior experience in Level 2/3 IT Support
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Powershell preferred)
- Strong experience with deployment and debugging on remote Windows operating systems
- Prior experience working with Point-of-Sale systems
- Strong SCCM experience
- Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues across hardware, software and network systems
- Experience with Active Directory and other enterprise IT infrastructure technologies
