You'll guide teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), overseeing test case development, execution, and ensuring the right tools and processes are in place.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- End-to-End Testing Leadership: Coordinate and control all aspects of project testing, from requirements analysis to final validation.
- Hands-on Test Execution: Develop test cases and execute tests using ALM, ensuring thorough coverage and efficient results.
- Methodology & Tools: Lead the selection, setup, and support of methodologies, tools (ALM + Jira), processes, and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective testing and continuous improvement across the SDLC.
- Data Management System: Oversee testing related to the Data Management System to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Quality Assurance: Implement Validation & Verification processes, champion Quality Management, and drive continuous improvements.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience managing testing processes across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
- ALM & Jira Proficiency:



Hands-on experience developing and executing test cases using ALM, with strong Jira experience.
- Methodology Selection: Strong background in selecting and implementing test methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams through complex testing environments.
- Data Management: Familiarity with Data Management Systems and their testing requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: A passion for quality assurance, verification, and validation, with a drive for continuous improvement in testing processes.
