SIRAP is a leading creative content & film production studio producing film content and campaigns brands and their digital platforms with an enviable stable of clients across the design, luxury and lifestyle industries throughout Australia and internationally, with full-time team of close to 20 creative crew. We are expanding our Production team with an additional Producer role, to allow us to continue to provide premium service to existing clients and service new clients while continuing to provide the highest quality film content production skills and studio management expertise to our internal team and workflow. This role requires an eye and passion for lifestyle brands, luxury architecture and design and someone who knows how to bring it to life – with a knack for numbers and know-how. The successful candidate is spreadsheet obsessed, meets deadlines, understands how to win business through impeccable client service and an ability to strategize, quote and resource outside the box, while ensuring the wheels keep turning internally by managing our team's day to day workflow. You will be working with our team of Produce, reporting into our Managing Producer and our Creative Director, and your time will be spent between client-facing pitch and briefing meetings, developing fast-turnaround quotes for productions,



managing and ensuring the on-time delivery of work to clients, coordinating and managing the day to day tasks of our suppliers and our internal 16-strong team to ensure the highest quality output with our available resources between coordinating talent, studios, and booking of suppliers and equipment as required. Spinning multiple plates at once, and not letting any drop, will be your forte. You will be client-facing and a representative of the SIRAP team and must present and conduct yourself in a highly professional manner between client meetings, on shoots and at all times to reflect the SIRAP brand. You must be a quick-thinker and have excellent communication, organisation, and comprehension skills. You will perform well under fast turnaround, tight deadlines and will be prepared to work longer days as required - we value life balance, but when the heat is on, we expect our team to roll up their sleeves and get the job done – without us having to ask for it. This exciting but challenging role will involve working with our team of videographers, editors, and directors. You must be able to think micro and macro at the same time. Applicants MUST have proven experience in film and video or image content production, be extremely organized, outgoing and a self-starter. You will need excellent communication comprehension skills, be a team player, have a friendly professional attitude and be willing and interested to learn recent skills, while bringing fresh thinking to the table.
