Underwriter – Club Marine (Part-Time 0.6FTE) | VIC - Brighton

You'll be responsible for:

- Executing effective business strategies whilst leveraging renewals to further develop relationships with our key business partners.
- Working effectively with the broader Underwriting team to develop Club Marine's capabilities and foster a collegiate underwriting culture.
- Monitoring performance to ensure key financial indicators are achieved, namely GWP, Profit and Pricing control measures.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within Branch and other Club Marine divisions.

Important to your success:

- Knowledge of the Australian insurance market, industry practices and governing legislation.
- Passion or knowledge for Boating
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to both build relationships and influence at all levels.
- A strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and the ability to problem solve.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal which allows exceptional negotiation and influencing capabilities.




- Sound data analysis skills which will allow you to understand the portfolio performance and gain insights for improvement
- Motivation to expand, learn and grow within a high performing team
- Flexible role offering hours for 3 days per week
