Qualifications & experience
- Applicants will ideally have a trade background in refrigeration, gas plumbing or the swimming pool industry. Alternatively, a background in electrical component or circuit board assembly would be desirable..
- A NSW Driver's License is a must.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working in a supportive and friendly workplace you will receive ongoing training to commission, handover and perform after sales service on a range of products.
You will use your communication skills to explain automation and product operation to new owners and trade buyers inclusive.
- Diagnosis and repair of a wide range of electrical products Commissioning integrated products and systems Liaising with trade and consumer customers to set up up wi-fi connections, Automation Applications and how to operate an integrated swimming pool and spa operating system.
- Working with our small team of technicians, share and schedule appointments, and communicate with customers directly.
- Participate in weekly training courses to advance your knowledge of our products and industry knowledge in general.
