Eximm currently has an prospect available for a trade qualified builder / handyperson with experience in building services maintenance. This is a long-term, full-time position and we are looking for the right person, who takes pride in their work, can deliver quality results and understands the importance of getting things right the first time.

The position:

Responsibilities include ad-hoc work throughout the company, managing minor projects and repairs to varying premises throughout southeast Queensland.

- General building maintenance and repair work -both commercial and residential
- Shop defit, refit and make good work
- Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard of workmanship
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Can follow scope of works & instruction

The successful applicant:

- Trade qualification
- Genuine hard worker who is committed to providing quality and service to our customers
- Can communicate effectively with coordinators and other team members
- Current driver licence
