Karvel Auto seeks an RACV Emergency Roadside Assistance Operator to service the Benalla area.

About the role:
The successful applicant will attend emergency roadside assistance call-outs within a specified time frame to assist RACV members within the Benalla service area.

- Typical callouts include troubleshooting and providing basic vehicle mechanical assistance such as changing tyres, and batteries, jump-starting and lock-out etc.

Hours of work:

- On call Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to be based at home.

This is a great prospect and will suit an individual who resides in the Benalla service area (essential), can demonstrate basic mechanical knowledge and provide excellent customer service , complete paperwork effectively and follow policies and procedures.





- Commence asap, award rates, weekly pay cycle - operators earn approximately $80k pa.
- Basic mechanical know-how.
- Fully equipped patrol van, fuel card, phone and tablet are provided, (for work purposes).
- Supportive team environment and ongoing training provided.
- Must have a current Australian driver’s licence with no restrictions.
- The right to work unrestricted in Australia.
- Applicants who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
