We are currently looking for a Labourer REFL1309/ Gantry Crane REFGC1310 / Plasma Operator REFPO1311 / Brakepress Operator REFBO1312 / Trades Assistant REFTA1313 and workshop Dispatch REFWD1314 for an immediate start to join our team. Please quote reference number on application.

Labourer / Gantry Crane / Machine Operator (Plasma)/ Trades Assistant and Workshop Dispatch Positions Available

In this role you must me reliable, able to work afternoon shifts and weekends when required.

- Adhere to the observation and maintaining Quality Assurance.
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- To be able to comply with Working to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Experience as a Gantry Crane Operator.
- Keep machine clean/operational at all times.
- Experience as a Profile Machine Plasma Operator.
- Assist in unloading and loading of the machine.
- MUST have valid High Risk Ticket for operation of Forklift.
- Keep machine clean/operational at all times.
- Housekeeping by ensuring machine is clean and operational at all times.
- Follow up and ensure all relevant paperwork is addressed
- Be able to accurately check quantities
- Check that dimensions are correct
- Checking quality of cut




- Responsible for reporting to manager to ensure/organise any necessary work/schedules to be addressed either by telephoning/coming into the workplace.

Liaises any difficulties or workshop requirements to Office/ Person in Charge which would include the following.

- Machine repair / break down
- Crane Repair / break down
- Chain and dog repairs
- Forklift Repairs / break down
- General Workshop Maintenance etc
- Identifying and address WH&S; issues and compliance with WH&S; procedures and policies.
- Display courtesy, manners and respect to customers and fellow colleagues.
- Be available for day shift / afternoon shift and possible weekend work.
- Any other duties deemed necessary.

Required experience:

- Minimum 2 years

Brakepress Operator Positions Available

Essential requirements:

- Positive communication skills with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised
- High level of commitment
- Reliable, self-motivated, organised and able to execute task plan to meet daily/weekly objectives within the quality requirements of the projects.
- Able to read and interpret drawings and understand the importance of quality and uniformity of product.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- Working to drawing tolerances as specified
- Operation & setting of Plate Roller / CNC Brake Press
- General maintenance & up-keep of equipment
- Attention to detail essential
