We’re based in Melbourne's north east and are Australia’s most environmentally sustainable provider of garden maintenance services. Business is on the grow and we need dedicated gardeners who share our core values so we can continue to grow and increase our commitment to delivering premium, sustainable services. We have big plans to make 2024 a great year!

Responsibilities

- Undertaking garden maintenance services on a variate of property types, including soft scaping
- Assessing job sites to prioritising tasks
- Ensuring sites are kept safe for both yourself and others
- Maintaining and caring for tools & Vehicles
- Servicing and communicating with customers
- Providing guidance and instruction to less experienced team members
- Utilising job management software
- Reporting to management

Requirements

- Share our commitment to sustainability
- Willingness to learn
- Garden maintenance experience, including knowledge of plant ID and pest management
- Clean Australian Drivers Licence
- Familiarity with the use of garden maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to provide police check
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Competence in towing and reversing a trailer

- Qualification in horticulture
- Experience in operation of zero-turn mowers
- Experience in commercial use of zero emissions outdoor power equipment
