We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the planned and reactive maintenance services. We have a solid Maintenance Team already in place, and seek someone who his keen to step into a leadership position across the business.

To be successful in this position you should meet the following criteria:

- Demonstrated experience in business planning & reporting




- Demonstrated experience in managing, co-ordinating & scheduling preventative & corrective maintenance as well as previous experience in general repairs & maintenance
- Experience in Fire Safety Leadership
- Ability to lead and manage a small, experienced maintenance team
- Qualification or interest in WHSO highly desirable
- Ability to manage contractors including completing site inductions
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valuable computer skills
- Trade qualification will be highly regarded

- Full Time position working Mon - Fri
- Attractive Salary packaging including on call and call out allowances
- 11.5% Superannuation
- Police Check required
