Day to day duties and experience needed:

- Take full control of a large and performing minor works division, focusing largely on overseeing successful project delivery
- Play a key part in quoting, KPI management, cost control and P&L; management
- Oversee and provide support to a team of Project Managers, Estimators and Designers
- Provide technical project support and advice as and when required
- Assist in the growth and development of the minor works team
- Report directly into a supportive General Manager
- Previous experience
- Trade background across sprinkler systems or fire alarms is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills and leadership qualities
