Workfast are seeking a Mechanical/Maintenance Fitter with experience working on power station sites and also workshop environments.
What you get:
- 8 - 10 hour days
- $60 per hour FLAT RATE
- Ongoing project based work
What you need:
- Robust commitment to safety
- Must have 2 years experience as a Mechanical/Maintenance Fitter
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Full Australian residency or citizenship
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with an ability to follow instructions
- White Card
- Any other tickets/licences/qualifications are a bonus
What you will be doing:
- Maintenance across all machinery
- Working on a power station site
- Plant upgrade
- Plant and equipment fabrication
- Maintenance of conveyers and crushing operations
- On-site breakdown and shutdown labour
