The Opportunity

As a Service Technician, you will help to keep Australian scientists functioning, by providing repair, service, and preventative maintenance to their equipment. We calibrate a wide range of scientific equipment both on and off site. Based in our newly purpose-built Doveton workshop, you will work as part of the team providing a professional service to our clients.

What you’ll bring

- Formal / demonstrable skills with electro-mechanical repairs.
- Formal / demonstrable laboratory skills.
- Formal / demonstrable electronic repair skills.
- Restricted Electrical License.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Analytical, decisive, systematic, concerned with systems and organisation
- Reliable & conservative, fact-minded, i.e. attention to detail, mature & professional style.
