We are currently looking for a full time Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our crew in Benalla.
This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and will be a vital part of the Maintenance team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide the maximum level of machine availability and reliability.
- Provide safe operating performance of machinery and processes.
- Complete Preventative/predictive maintenance as directed
- Providing the necessary information for reordering of parts.
- Ensure all work areas are left in a clean condition as per site housekeeping and Quality procedures.
- Be Proactive towards process improvement.
- Training of Apprentices(on the job)
- Maintain Company quality standards as per work instructions.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal / external customers.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Mechanical Fitter trade.
- In-depth knowledge of WHSE legislation and safe work practices.
- Understanding of Manufacturing equipment.
- Solid written and verbal communications skills.
