Site Installer / Skilled Labourer with carpentery experience

We convert existing Single Glazed Timber Windows and Doors to Double Glazing.

Due to the uniqueness of our product, we are continuing to see huge growth across Australia and require key personnel to help us grow.

There is a considerable opportunity for A Grade Staff Members to join our team in the Geelong region.

Staff members are generally promoted from within the company. They will initially start as junior site installers and be trained properly from the ground up before being moved to more significant roles once they master the initial process.

Position Summary :

Site Installer / skilled labourer with carpentery experience

A rewarding opportunity exists for an intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the team.

We are looking for an individual that is keen to play a key role in our quickly expanding team and take care of one of our site teams.

Attend customers homes and convert their existing windows to double glazing using our patented system.

What we require?

- Previous experience in the Building / Glazing industry
- Experience working with timber windows preferred
- Great Problem-solving tools - You find a solution
- Friendly and outgoing individual who can converse well with the customers
- Robust Work ethic, Eager to learn and improve - a go getter.
- A positive attitude
- Literacy & Numeracy skills
- Drivers licence essential
- Organised and Honest

Job Specifics -





Everything you need to do an exceptional job will be provided.

- Contribute to a great culture within the team, Create a learning enviroment where everyone has a focus on continual improvement.
- Deassemble windows, remove sashes and prepare for modifying frames.
- Using routers, saws, and other hand tools onsite to prepare the windows for glass.
- Installation of glass using our unique retrofit double glazing system
- Installation of seals, hardware and complete and repairs or modifications as required
- Converse with customers, provide A Grade customer service and treat their home with respect.
