Job tasks and responsibilities

A Junior Parts Apprentice carries out a range of duties related to selling BMW Spare Parts, this includes:

- Identifying parts and components
- Consulting catalogues
- Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
- Customer advice
- Receiving and filling orders for parts
- Invoice preparation
- Organising dispatch
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
- Preparing quotes for all workshop vehicles in a timely fashion
