Your new role

- Develop and implement data architecture strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives
- Design and implement data solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as S3, EMR, Redshift, and Athena
- Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation related to the data architecture
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and prioritize data requirements
- Design and implement data integration solutions, including ETL processes and APIs
- Ensure data security, compliance, and privacy requirements are met
- Monitor and optimize data solutions for performance,



scalability, and cost effectiveness

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on AWS
- Extensive experience with AWS services, including S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, and Athena
- Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration, and data warehousing concepts
- Experience designing and implementing ETL processes and APIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- AWS certification is a plus
